The project is an automated hot water boiler plant with a capacity of 6MW. The control system of the boiler plant is designed with two separate control systems within the software application. One system represents the combustion chamber system with fuel transport from the intermediate bunker to the combustion chamber as well as the water side, and the other system represents the fuel transport to the intermediate bunker. Both systems can be operated independently. The fuel transport system consists of several subsystems, namely transport from storage to intermediate bunkers, transport from crowns to storage and transport from bins to storage. The combustion chamber system starts the executive bodies for the management of the combustion chamber, which are fans, air flaps, fuel dosing screws, grate as well as the de-ashing system.
